Now vs. Then

Grace Now vs. Week 1

Charlie Now vs. Week 1

Maddie Dakota

Kiddos were getting tired before the 9pm feeding, so we shifted everything up one hour. If you are calling please don't call at 8am, noon, 4pm, 8pm...and after that point if you were calling it better be an emergency. :)

A weekend of football

Tiring weekend. We watched Mizzou beat the pants of Texas Tech at Colin and Shelley's.

Then we stayed up late watching LSU narrowly beat Auburn.

Here was the result...not the most flattering picture of me, but Ann thought it was cute.

Playtime in the Bumbos

Big plans for today. Tiger-squared football. Mizzou first, LSU second. Thought you might like the new play area picture.

Going for a drive

I don't think we have shown a picture of all the kids in the car at once...they barely fit.

Trip to David's Office

All work stopped from 2:10pm - 3:00pm when the Heikkinen babies descended on TudorPickering.

A couple of observations:

1. Babies don't like the 50th floor...their ears popped in the elevator.

2. Maybe not a surprise, but women are more attracted to babies when compared to men.

3. Holly looks like a natural.

4. Mobilizing to leave is easier than you might think.

Joseph on a roll

That's the way you do it

I swear he did not start out in this position... Charlie's first evidence of a rollover...

Week with Grandma Ginny

Have to give a big shout out to Grandma Ginny...She came, she saw, she conquered. Ann's first trip away was a total success and I could not have done it without Mom. I was too busy to post pictures, but expect them tonight. Here is a review of last week.

Joe and Charlie can both roll over. We have pictures of Joe in action and Charlie after the fact upside down in his bouncy seat (truly a funny pic).

Grace is doing great holding herself up on her tummy, but she really doesn't seem to want to roll. She would rather just hang out on her back or belly (for much less time).

Charlie is definitely cutting a tooth. He is not a happy baby sometimes...I am glad all three aren't teething yet. Friday and Saturday nights were tough.

Overall kids and parents are doing good. Thanks again Mom!!!

Sunday was a hot bed of activity

Joe looking down at me...you will never see this picture set-up...Joe in one hand...camera in the other....I probably shouldn't even write that...

I can't wait until our kids go mobile. They were so excited to see Eli and Dylan. You can see them watching and smiling at each other in these pictures. There were kids everywhere. And in a few short months we'll have a new niece...my new prediction. Shelley is preggers and I just got that feeling yesterday.

Saturday was a busy day

Lori Tillery came over just in time to feed Charlie at 9am. Idle hands are the devils workshop...or something like that...

Ann feeding Joe...giving Lori encouraging words...
Then we decided to make a Charlie and Joe sandwich...
Granny Ginny bouncing with Grace trying to get her to sleep...

Success...everyone took a nap...

Friday night -Jason's exciting night on the town

Yes I just moved from New Orleans to Houston...but with babies this cute how could I stay away?
