First Rice Cereal for Grace and Charlie

This stuff is pretty good...I can't believe they are big enough to feed with a spoon. Next thing we know they'll be stealing the car keys and cruising Houston. Luckily Grace has two big brothers to look after her...or will it be two big brothers to get into trouble trying to look after her???

Name that baby???

Cute Baby Pictures (Truly unbiased commentary)

And on to a busy weekend

Johanne came over for her first time to hold, feed, and bounce with a baby. She got a little bit of everything...that is what three babies can do.

Daddy's Last Two Trips

Helicopter Tour of the Columbia River Basin - Drilling Rig. Note fluids unloading back to the pit.
Mount Hood and Mount Rainier from the Helicopter
And then I had to go to Jackson Hole, WY...see the Elk in the meadow by the Snake River. Grand Teton to the left
Grand Teton at sunrise. Yes I had to get up and drive before the conference started, but it was worth it.
I counted five deer in this picture. This was my point and click camera, so we were 25feet apart.

First Tooth and First Cold

Charlie is officially cutting a tooth on his upper right side. Grace caught a cold from Daddy. Hopefully Charlie doesn't have the cold too, because his is miserable...

See the reaction to the Saints game video below to understand how he has been all day today. We started him on Tylenol and that seems to help.

First Time Swimming

We took Charlie for his first swim...Grace and Joseph were sleeping so they missed out this time.

Quick Trip to Washington (State)

Tough trip...flying up Tuesday night, news hits on a company at 3:50am PT that I have to react to, a field trip and helicopter tour of the Columbia River Basin (Yakima area), and the red eye Wednesday night (landed at 6am this morning). I was in the office by 6:20. Luckily the kiddos prepared me for working on 3hours of sleep. Thanks kids!

Quick Thought

Tough to communicate how I am feeling...simply put I am very happy. Family and work are great. Would love to sleep more or work fewer hours, but right now things are just about perfect. Hope I didn't just jinx myself.
